If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, LEHORA offers a 30-day return policy for a full refund.
Returns Policy
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
All returns are eligible for a full refund, allowing you to easily purchase an alternative item if desired.
Refunds will be provided for any incorrect items or products with a manufacturing defect. Please note that strict quality control is conducted on all items prior to dispatch and upon receiving returns.
Please handle items with care when trying them on; products that do not meet our returns standards or are damaged manually may be declined and returned to you.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds for original shipping charges are not provided, nor do we issue store credit for these fees.
Conditions of Return
All garments must be returned:
In original condition, unworn, and unwashed (free from stains, including make-up or deodorant).
With all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Received a Faulty Item?
If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer support team at support@lehroa.com within 5 days of receiving the package. Await instructions before shipping the item back.
Returns sent without prior instruction from our support team may not qualify for reimbursement of return fees.
Always use a trackable delivery method, as LEHORA cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
Refund Processing Timeframes
Depending on your location and the return service used, it may take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) for the return to be received and processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
For payments made via both credit card and gift/store credit, refunds will be applied to the gift/store credit first.
Please refrain from emailing about the status of your return until at least 15 days have passed since dispatch.
You will be notified by email once your refund is complete.
Please note that returns are not processed on public holidays and will be addressed the following business day.
Assessing the ReturnReturned products are assessed upon arrival to ensure compliance with our return policy.
Items that do not comply will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
