We offer free worldwide tracked shipping on all orders, with an estimated shipping time of 5-10 business days from the date of fulfillment.

Pre-Order ItemsFor items placed on pre-order, your order will not be dispatched until all pre-order items are in stock. If you have ordered multiple items, they will be shipped together once available.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Please ensure that all billing and shipping details are correct before placing your order, as our dispatch team processes orders promptly and cannot make changes once the items are shipped. Unfortunately, we are also unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.

Estimated Delivery

Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday. Kindly allow 1-2 business days for dispatch.

Order Modifications

Should you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, due to high order volume, we may not always be able to fulfill modification requests before shipment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been shipped, modifications cannot be made, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Failed Deliveries

To avoid delivery issues, please provide accurate and complete shipping information, including your full name, shipping address, and contact details. If incorrect information leads to a failed delivery, any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

In case your package is returned due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange a replacement shipment. Please note that additional fees may apply, and we will discuss the details with you before proceeding.
